Brilliant pale green gold. Floral aromatics of acacia flowers, honey blossom and lemon grass supported by lime, wet stones and ginger. The full round entry, leads to a rich viscous mid-palate that is framed by crisp acids which give excellent definition to the lemon and ginger flavors. The finish is long, crisp and concentrated.
