Mimi Buttenheim
To say Mimi does a little bit of everything is a gross understatement. She is responsible for all the sales and marketing in conjunction with Lily, along with the day-to-day office operations, wine deliveries and winery tours. Her position is extremely varied and often encompasses everything that occurs in a winery! After graduating from Brown University with a Classics degree, she moved to the Napa Valley to attend the Baking and Pastry Program at the CIA. After a year-long stint in the kitchen at Auberge, Lily met her through their mutual involvement with horses and convinced her to take some time off her feet and come work for El Molino.
