Very much made in El Molino's very rich and oak-sweetened style, the winery's latest is a deep, well-ripened Pinot that marries a wealth of genuinely juicy, cherryish fruit with plentiful elements of cream and milk chocolate. It is broad and fleshy in feel with a real sense of polish from beginning to end, and its mouthfilling richness marks it as a wonderful foil to be savored with the likes of well seasoned duck dishes.
